What to expect from our courses

Our courses are developed based on the sutta found in the Nikāya, thus acknowledging and respecting the origins of the Buddhist teachings as the central theory of meditation, mindfulness, insight, and other interventions that honors’ the Buddha Gotama’s declaration of “what I teach is suffering and the cessation of suffering” (MN 22.86).  All course endeavor to incorporate experiential learning aspects that deepen our understanding of Buddhism by applying it in our lives and practices.
